The High Voltage Amplifier, also called HV amplifier or HV-AMP, is used to amplify the input signal to a high-voltage output. The high-voltage amplifier can provide high-voltage sine, square, or arbitrary waveform output. It plays a crucial role in the development of equipment such as copiers and printers, plasma measurement systems (e.g., langmuir probe), and other products utilizing corona discharge, which require high-voltage sine and square waveforms in their design.
Matsusada Precision offers a wide range of high-voltage amplifiers, including integrated modules and rack-mount models. For instance, our AMPS series of fast-response high-voltage amplifiers achieves a maximum slew rate of 1200 V/µs and features an output frequency bandwidth of up to 100 kHz.
