The precision µB3600 is a high-performance 90 kV benchtop X-ray microscope. This compact X-ray inspection system integrates Matsusada Precision's proprietary microfocus X-ray tube and proven high-voltage technology to deliver exceptional imaging performance.
Monitor image magnification: 136x
Benchtop with High Magnification
The µB3600 offers ultimate image resolution and performance with the industry's high level of magnification based on Matsusada's superior mechanical engineering design.
There is no need to install a large and stationary-type X-ray inspection system for high magnification observations. With its compact design, the precision µB3600 X-ray inspection system provides high performance and magnification equivalent to large-scale stationary systems. It comes with an advanced high-voltage power supply and the X-ray tube developed by Matsusada Precision, which is Japan's leading provider of high-voltage power supply devices.

Top Class Image Resolution
We upgraded the precision µB3600 X-ray inspection system with advanced features of the high-resolution 1.5-megapixel camera, the latest image processing technology, and the proprietary X-ray tube to provide unprecedented image quality.
With a combination of the high-resolution camera (14-bit), X-ray tube developed by Matsusada, and the latest image processing function HDR-Pro, the precision µb3600 enables you to obtain high-quality images with a wide dynamic range. This allows for inspection and fault analysis improvement.
Large Field of View Available
Expanded field of view (X: 58 mm and Y: 50 mm) can be supported with the height adjustment stage (sold separately).
High resolution detector
Equipped with a 1.5-megapixel detector, the precision µB3600 enables you to achieve clear images with high resolution.
New HDR-Pro image processing with high dynamic range of radiography
The radiographic images produced in HDR-Pro are available with wide and dynamic ranges. The HDR-Pro allows for a clear display without sacrificing the tones in the white or black areas.
High-Quality X-ray Tube Developed by Matsusada
The X-ray tube, combined with Matsusada's advanced high-voltage power supply, minimizes noise and ensures a stable, high-quality X-ray source. Leveraging our expertise as a high-voltage power supply manufacturer, we have successfully integrated these technologies into a compact X-ray system.
