Exceptionally low noise, 1.5 mVp-p ripple noise
VPS series is a high voltage power supply module with an ultra-low ripple on the order of μV.
Also, radiation noise has been thoroughly suppressed. The characteristics are ideal for noise-insensitive applications such as lenses for Photomultiplier Tubes (PMT), Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM), and electron beam lithography equipment. Moreover, the series contributes greatly to improving the performance of the equipment in which it is embedded.
