Ultra low noise and high stability high voltage power supply
The K3-R series, a compact high voltage power supply featuring ultra-low noise and high stable output, is available in various Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) applications. With the external signal, the output polarity is switchable.
