Exceptionally Low Noise, 1.5 mVp-p Ripple
The VPS series is a high-voltage power supply module featuring ultra-low ripple.
Also, radiation noise has been thoroughly suppressed. These characteristics are ideal for noise-sensitive applications such as photomultiplier tubes (PMTs), scanning electron microscopes (SEMs), and electron beam lithography equipment. Moreover, the series contributes greatly to improving the performance of the equipment in which it is embedded.
