Micro CT Scanners FAQ

Our X-ray CT systems are designed for straightforward installation in a wide range of environments, from research laboratories to production lines.

Space Requirements

Detailed dimensions of the main unit, along with the necessary clearance for door operation and maintenance access, are provided in the outline drawing for each system. Our product lineup includes everything from compact benchtop models that can fit on a standard lab workbench to larger floor-standing systems for oversized samples, ensuring you can find the perfect model for your available space.

Depending on the model, a separate desk may be required for the operating PC, monitor, and keyboard. This detached configuration can create a more ergonomic and comfortable workspace for the operator, allowing for focused operation and analysis. Please feel free to ask for detailed drawings of the model you are considering.

Power Requirements

No special electrical work is required. Most of our X-ray CT systems operate on a standard single-phase AC 100V wall outlet, the same type found in any office or laboratory. Unlike many industrial machines that require a three-phase 200V power source, our systems eliminate the need for costly and time-consuming electrical installations.

We also fully support our global customers. For use in regions with different voltage standards, we offer a factory-installed input voltage modification option or an external voltage transformer. We will work with you to configure the optimal power solution for your specific location.
