Yes. To accommodate your evolving needs and budget planning, Matsusada Precision offers a flexible upgrade path. You can initially install a 2D X-ray inspection system and add 3D CT functionality at a later date.
For the most seamless upgrade, we recommend our Retrofit CT function option. When you select this option at the time of purchase, we will prepare the system at our factory with all the necessary internal wiring and mechanical fixtures (including axis alignment) for a future CT unit (rotation stage).
When you are ready to add CT functionality, the installation simply involves mounting the CT unit onto this pre-configured interface. This eliminates the need for extensive on-site modifications, allowing for a fast and cost-effective upgrade with minimal downtime. This solution is ideal for customers who wish to minimize their initial investment by starting with 2D inspection while planning for more detailed 3D analysis in the future. It enables a smart, phased investment strategy that aligns with your business goals.
