Yes, absolutely. Matsusada Precision's X-ray CT systems are more than just visualization tools; they are advanced quantitative analysis platforms. They enable you to accurately measure and quantify various physical properties from high-resolution 3D data, providing objective and reliable evaluations for your quality control and R&D.

  • Dimensional Measurement:

    Perform a full range of non-destructive, non-contact measurements with micrometer-level precision. This includes basic measurements like point-to-point distance, angle, and diameter, as well as complex dimensions inside assembled parts that are inaccessible to conventional calipers or micrometers.

  • Volume Measurement:

    Accurately calculate the volume of an entire component or isolate specific features like internal voids or foreign material inclusions. For example, you can quantify the total porosity in an aluminum die-cast part to ensure it meets quality standards.
