To accommodate the vast range of samples our customers need to analyze, Matsusada Precision offers a full lineup of X-ray CT systems, from compact benchtop models to large, floor-standing systems.
For instance, our benchtop CT systems are ideal for inspecting smaller items like electronic components and plastic moldings. They can typically scan samples up to 120 mm in diameter and 175 mm in height.
For larger and heavier objects, such as automotive parts and metal castings, we offer large-scale CT systems. These models can scan samples up to 200 mm in diameter and 340 mm in height, with a maximum load capacity of 10 kg (optional). This allows our systems to be deployed in a wide variety of applications, from micro-level analysis in R&D labs to quality assurance for larger products on the manufacturing floor.
Please contact us with the type, size, and weight of your sample, along with your required inspection accuracy. Our team will recommend the optimal system and imaging methodology from our extensive product portfolio to meet your needs.
