Our Micro-CT systems are engineered to deliver stable performance with minimal operator maintenance.
Maintenance
The system features a high-performance, sealed (closed-type) X-ray tube. Unlike open-type tubes that require periodic filament replacement and vacuum pumping, sealed tubes offer consistent operation over a long service life. This design significantly reduces the need for routine maintenance.
Calibration
Periodic geometric calibration is recommended to ensure optimal accuracy in CT image reconstruction. The system includes an automated axis calibration function to simplify this process. By scanning the included calibration phantom according to on-screen prompts, the software automatically calculates and applies corrections for geometric distortions. This process takes only a few minutes, allowing you to maintain reliable measurement performance with minimal downtime.
