Our Micro-CT systems are engineered to deliver maximum performance with minimal operator maintenance.
Maintenance
The core of our system features a high-performance, maintenance-free sealed (closed-type) X-ray tube. Unlike open-type tubes that require regular maintenance such as filament replacement and vacuum pumping, our sealed tubes provide consistent, stable performance over a long operational lifetime. As a result, routine user maintenance is virtually eliminated.
Calibration
To ensure the highest accuracy in CT image reconstruction, periodic geometric calibration is essential. Our systems feature an automated axis calibration function that makes this process simple and quick. By following the on-screen prompts and scanning the included calibration phantom, the software automatically calculates and applies the necessary corrections for any geometric distortions. This entire process is completed in just a few minutes, allowing you to maintain peak measurement accuracy at all times without any hassle.
