- Voltage: -20 to +120 V
- Peak current: 200 mA
- High accuracy control to closed-loop with built-in sensor amplifier
- Available by open-loop mode
Highest Speed Piezo Positioning by Doubling Rated Current
PZM-0.12BS is a piezo driver of compact built-in type equipped amplifier for sensors. It enables linear and high-accuracy positioning by correcting the hysteresis of piezo elements. It can obtain an equivalent response to a larger driver despite its compact size by the design as enhanced peak power so that it can supply two times the current rating. Moreover, it is possible to easily configure a microscopic displacement system in combination with our piezo actuator with strain sensor (strain gauge).
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High-accuracy closed-loop control with displacement sensor
- Compact driver best suitable for built-in
- Highest speed positioning by doubling rated current
- Designed for possible open loop mode
