High-Speed Piezo Positioning with High Peak Current
The PZM-0.12BS series is a compact, embedded piezo driver module featuring a built-in sensor amplifier. It enables linear, high-precision positioning by correcting hysteresis in piezoelectric elements. Despite its compact size, the driver delivers a peak current double its rated value, achieving response speeds comparable to larger units. It is ideal for configuring micro-positioning systems when combined with strain gauge-equipped piezo actuators.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High-accuracy closed-loop control with displacement sensor
- Compact design optimized for embedded integration
- Fast positioning response via high peak current capability
- Selectable open-loop and closed-loop modes
