Power Supply for Preamplifier are Integrated.

EP series is a high-performance high voltage power supply for photomultiplier tube (PMT) and Electron multiplier application. The ultra-compact size is just 8.35 inches/212 mm in width. Integrated High Voltage power supply and power supply for preamplifier ±15 V and ±5 V. The ultra-low ripple noise of as low as 15 mVp-p (High Voltage output part) is suitable for PMT and other applications. In addition, various digital controls are also possible by selecting the -LGob option.

-LGob

Optical Interface Board
With optical communication, isolation control is performed. As complete isolation is performed by means of optical fiber, this enables advanced prevention of erroneous operations involved with transient phenomena caused by surges, inductive lightning, external noise, etc.

  • -LGob: Optical interface board + optical cable 2 meters
  • -LGob(Fc5): Optical interface board + optical cable 5 meters
  • -LGob(Fc10): Optical interface board + optical cable 10 meters
  • -LGob(Fc20): Optical interface board + optical cable 20 meters
  • -LGob(Fc40): Optical interface board + optical cable 40 meters

Select the optional optical interface board (-LGob) under the following conditions when using this high-voltage power supply.

  • Noisy environment including factories (Example: Motors or coils are used near power supplies and loads).
  • Using with high voltage floating (more than 250 V).
  • Installation distance of 2 meters or more between the high voltage power supply and a controller such as a computer, laptop, or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).

When you connect "Load," "EP series," and "Computer," if you prevent the influence on the computer by the noise that occurred with load, please choose the -LGob option. With that in mind, we recommend using it by combining our adapter (sold separately).
