COMPACT MODULE FOR GROUNDED CATHODE X-RAY TUBES
The XRR series is a compact high-voltage power supply module designed for analytical 50 kV X-ray tubes. It integrates a high-voltage beam supply and a filament supply into a single chassis-mount unit, making it ideal for X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and non-destructive testing applications. The output voltage and filament current ramp up linearly to ensure stable operation and extend tube life. An optional bias supply is available for applications requiring beam cutoff or grid control.
