While the number of units installed on a 19-inch rack was limited up to about only five as multiple units so far, the EGS units can accept as many as 10 units in even smaller spaces than usual.

Functions

Digital Interface

The unified control is available with master/slave operation along with USB/LAN/RS-232C/RS-485/GPIB in digital control.
To use the digital interface, you need to prepare an digital interface adapter separately.

Master/Slave Control

The operations of multiple EGS devices can be controlled from the master device. Up to 16 units can be connected.
The connection of master/slave control will be made between the same models.

Load-Off Timer Function

As the load-off timer function is set through the front panel operation, the elapsed time monitoring starting load-on as well as the automatic load-off are available in a certain period of time. Time can be set from 1 second to 999 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds.

Constant current (CC) mode + Constant voltage (CV) mode, and Undercurrent protection (UCP) are available for this option.

-LUs1

Enable digital control with USB

One power supply can be connected per one USB port which computer equipped.
In case the number of USB port of the computer is not enough, use USB HUB.
However, it may not work correctly, depending on USB HUB.
* It is not available with the Master/Slave function.
-L(Mc0.5), -L(Mc0.15)

communications cable length change

The CO-M cable length can be selected from 0.5 meters or 0.15 meters.
(Please choose one of the two cables described above.)
-LH

The ground voltage between the load connection terminals andchassis is ±500 Vdc.
