The μRay8600 series was an X-ray inspection system featuring a 130kV microfocus X-ray tube, which offered high-transmission observation for aluminum die-castings, forged products, and metal parts. This model has been discontinued. For new inquiries requiring similar capabilities, we recommend exploring our latest generation of high-power inspection systems, such as the μRay8700/μRay8760. We continue to provide full service and support for existing μRay8600 users.

Production and sales of the µRay8600 concluded in January 2025. However, we continue to provide full support for existing units.
Please refer to the successor model, the precision µX8600, for current requirements.

Advanced X-ray inspection system optimized for thick sample observation

Featuring a 130kV microfocus X-ray tube, this system provides high-transmission imaging of aluminum die-castings, forged products, and metal parts. It is well-suited for non-destructive inspection of welding defects and PCBA analysis, including power devices and heat sinks.
The tiltable camera enables angled observation, allowing users to inspect BGA joints and other defects that are invisible from a top-down perspective. Furthermore, the combination of a high-power microfocus X-ray source and a high-resolution flat-panel detector offers high-resolution and clear X-ray images. The X-ray system is available in a wide range of applications, from product development and quality evaluation analysis to inspections at worksites.
