COMPACT HIGH-POWER PIEZO DRIVER
- Drive 1 μF piezo at up to 9 kHz
- High-speed step response
COMPACT HIGH-POWER PIEZO DRIVER
The PZJR series consists of benchtop high-power piezo drivers designed to drive high-capacitance piezoelectric elements. They are optimized for applications requiring high output current, such as driving multiple elements in parallel or performing high-speed sine wave excitation.
The series offers a high-speed step response facilitated by high peak current output. It also features a DC bias function, allowing for easy setting of the displacement reference point. The PZJR series is suitable for a wide range of applications, from R&D requiring stable output to production lines that demand easy operation and high power.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High-power, broadband piezo drivers
- High-speed driving of high-capacitance elements (e.g., 10 µF at 900 Hz)
- Equipped with a DC bias function as standard
- Comprehensive protection functions for piezoelectric elements
- Supports closed-loop control using external strain gauge sensors

- Output Current for DC is 50% of rated current.
- Approximate value at 10µF load. Calculated from the peak output current (possible to output within 10 ms) (Tr = C, Vp-p /Ip)
If calculated Tr is exceeds the maximum time (10 ms) to output the peak current, to be calculated from Tr' = Tr, Ip/Imean.
