COMPACT HIGH POWER PIEZO DRIVER
PZJR series are benchtop-type high power piezo drivers.
They are high power drivers which can drive high-capacitance piezo elements that required high output current, to drive many elements in parallel and high-speed drive of the sine wave as excitation. And, a high-speed step response for positioning by high peak current is possible. It is possible to set the reference point of displacement easily as provided by the amplifying function for the input wave and also the DC bias function. They are available for a wide range of applications from the research and development required sufficient output to a production facility with piezo drivers combined with easy operation and high output power.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- High power broadband piezo drivers
- Drive high-capacitance piezo elements in high speed! Possible to drive 10 µF piezo with 900 Hz
- DC bias function as standard equipment
- Protection for piezo element with various protection functions
- Applicable to closed loop control by using strain sensor (strain gauge) in your hand

Load resistance | 10 µF load | △V = 100 V | 0 to Max.voltage | |||
| PZJR-0.1P12A | 0 to +100 V | 2.0 A | 6.0 A | DC to 75 kHz | DC to 900 Hz | 0.16 ms | 0.16 ms | 0.5 Ω |
| PZJR-0.15P6A | 0 to +150 V | 1.3 A | 3.0 A | DC to 50 kHz | DC to 390 Hz | 0.33 ms | 0.50 ms | 1 Ω |
| PZJR-0.15B6A | -30 to +150 V | 1.3 A | 3.0 A | DC to 40 kHz | DC to 310 Hz | 0.33 ms | 0.60 ms | 1 Ω |

- Output Current for DC is 50% of rated current.
- Approximate value at 10µF load. Calculated from the peak output current (possible to output within 10 ms) (Tr = C, Vp-p /Ip)
If calculated Tr is exceeds the maximum time (10 ms) to output the peak current, to be calculated from Tr' = Tr, Ip/Imean.
