COMPACT AND HIGH SPEED PIEZO DRIVER
PZJ series is the compact benchtop type, piezo driver. They can drive piezo elements with an optional wave pattern by the function amplifying the input wave.
They can correspond with one unit even if driving to multi-axes as X, Y, and Z is required, as you can select any type of one output or three outputs according to the requirement. It is realized high output power for high-speed response in a compact size, and fast displacement is possible even though at pulse-driving for stage positioning by amplifying peak power so that three times of rated current can supply. Moreover, as the bias function is equipped as the standard, then you can easily set the reference point of displacement. They are available for a wide range of applications from research and development to production facilities as a basic model of piezo drivers combined with easy operation and high output power.
