High Speed Piezo Driver

PZJ series are compact handy type piezo drivers. They can drive piezo elements with optional wave pattern by the function amplifying input wave.
They can correspond with one unit even if driving to multi axes as X, Y, and Z is required, as you can select any type of one output or three outputs according to the requirement. It is realized high output power for high speed response in compact size, and fast displacement is possible even though at pulse-driving for stage positioning by amplifying peak power so that three times of rated current can supply. Moreover, as bias function is equipped as the standard, then you can easily set the reference point of displacement. They are available to wide range application from the research and development to production facility as a basic model of piezo drivers combined with easy operation and high output power.

  1. Output Current for DC is 50% of rated current.
  2. Approximate value at 1 µF load. Calculated from the peak output current (possible to output within 10 ms) (Tr = C, Vp-p/Ip)
    If calculated Tr is exceeds the maximum time (10 ms) to output the peak current, to be calculated from Tr' = Tr, Ip/Imean.

Options

-LC: Limit for current

regulate output current with the drooping characteristics of voltage.

-LN: No blackout protection

-LS: Remote switch ON/OFF

ON/OFF output voltage by remote signal. (Each channel at the same time. short = ON, open = OFF)

-LVs: Input terminal for external sensor

Possible to closed loop control by using signal of external sensor. (0 to 10 V) (unable to equip this option to 0.15Bx3)

Case applied a strain gauge as the sensor.

Input terminal for external sensor

-L2: Output volt. monitor

0 V to +10 V, only for 0.15Bx3, -1.33 V to + 10 V. (output impedance 1 kΩ, accuracy ±1%F.S)

-L(230V): Input voltage 230 Vac ±10%

50/60 Hz Single phase
