Ultra-Compact High-Voltage Modules for Si APD Photodetectors
The TS series is an ultra-compact, PCB-mount high-voltage power supply optimized for Avalanche Photodiode (APD) reverse bias applications. This regulated DC-DC converter accepts a 12 Vdc input and provides a stable output of up to 300 V. Key features include low ripple noise, EMI/RFI shielding, external voltage control, and continuous short-circuit protection.
