Most miniature High Voltage Modules for Si APD Photodetector
The TS series is an ultra-compact PCB mount (on-board) high-voltage power supply for Avalanche photodiode (APD) reverse bias voltage. This high-voltage power supply is a regulated DC-DC converter that boosts DC12V up to a maximum of 300V. The features are low ripple and EMI/RFI shield, varying the output voltage by external control and continuous output short-circuit protection.
