The COVID-19 pandemic presents a global challenge. At Matsusada Precision, our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees. Concurrently, we are taking all necessary steps to maintain stable operations. To prevent the spread of the virus, we have implemented the following company-wide measures.

1. Visitor Restrictions

To minimize infection risks, we are temporarily suspending acceptance of non-emergency visits. regarding production, we remain operational and are making every effort to minimize service delays and inconvenience to our customers.

2. Product Demonstrations and Testing

Our demonstration rooms are temporarily closed. As an alternative, we offer online product performance demonstrations and continue to accept requests for sample testing and measurement.

3. Duration of Measures

The end date for these measures has not yet been determined. Policies may be extended or updated based on government declarations or changes in the state of emergency.

We remain committed to ensuring the safety of our stakeholders and preventing the spread of the virus while continuously monitoring the situation.
