We have confirmed an issue where installing the HASP key (USB dongle key) driver for applicable products on a PC running the Windows 10 May 2020 Update (Version 2004) may cause a "Blue Screen of Death" (BSOD) error. This issue can occur on new PCs with this update pre-installed or on PCs that have been updated to this version.

  • PSS2en (versions prior to 1.20.9)
  • eK-FGJ/eK-FG2 (versions prior to 1.1.0)
  • CD-BC (versions prior to 1.3.13)

Solution
Option 1: Revert Windows 10
Revert your Windows 10 installation from the May 2020 Update (Version 2004) to an earlier version.
Option 2: Update the HASP Driver
Install the latest Sentinel HASP driver (Version 8.13 or newer).
