- We have confirmed a compatibility issue when installing the HASP key (USB dongle) driver on PCs running the Windows 10 May 2020 Update (Version 2004) or later. The installation may trigger a system crash or a "Blue Screen" error (BSOD).
This issue affects both new PCs with the update pre-installed and PCs that have been updated to this version. - Applicable Products

- Recommended: Update the HASP Driver
- Please install the latest Sentinel HASP driver (Version 8.13 or newer) to resolve this compatibility issue.
Download Sentinel HASP driver (Version 8.13 or newer) - Temporary Workaround: Revert Windows 10 Version
- If updating the driver is not immediately possible, reverting Windows 10 from the May 2020 Update (Version 2004) to an earlier version may allow the older driver to function. However, we strongly recommend updating the driver.
