The following message may be displayed when installing the Matsusada Precision USB driver on Microsoft Windows 10 or Windows 11.
"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)"
This is related to the Windows security feature called core isolation. This feature is enabled by default in Windows 11 and can be optionally enabled in Windows 10. Disabling this core isolation allows the USB driver to be used.

1. Go to Windows Settings and open "Privacy & security".

2. Select "Windows Security" from the Security menu and open "Device security".

3. Click "Core isolation details" and set Memory integrity to turn "Off".

4. Restart the computer, and if the USB driver error disappears in the device manager, you are done.
