High Voltage Power Supply for Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Mass Spectrometry (MS)
The K10 series is a compact high-voltage power supply module designed for high-precision applications such as Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) and Mass Spectrometry (MS). It features ultra-low ripple and high stability, making it an ideal choice for detectors including Microchannel Plates (MCPs) and Photomultiplier Tubes (PMTs), as well as for electron and ion beam lens applications. With a volume approximately one-sixth that of conventional models, the K10 series contributes to space-saving equipment design and easy integration.
