Ultra-Compact High-Voltage Power Supplies for APD Biasing
The TR series is a PCB-mount high-voltage power supply module designed specifically for biasing Avalanche Photodiodes (APD) and PIN photodiodes. It features a built-in temperature compensation circuit to ensure stable gain (multiplication factor) performance, even in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
Avalanche Photodiodes are highly sensitive to temperature changes. The TR series addresses this by applying temperature compensation to the bias voltage, stabilizing the APD's multiplication factor. The module delivers low ripple and high stability, making it ideal for precision measurements. Output voltage can be adjusted via an external control voltage or a potentiometer.
