Matsusada Precision announces the release of the K10-6P and K10-6N, new 6 kV models in the K10 series of high-voltage power supplies. These units are engineered specifically for Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Mass Spectrometry applications.
The new models provide a stable output of 0 to 6 kV with ultra-low ripple and noise of just 60 mVp-p. In addition to SEM and mass spectrometry, they are ideal for driving detectors such as Microchannel Plates (MCP) and Photomultiplier Tubes (PMT), as well as beam acceleration and lens biasing in electron or ion beam systems.
