Automated Test Equipment (ATE) refers to systems designed to automate the testing of electronic components, devices, and assemblies. An ATE system is constructed by integrating various test and measurement (T&M) instruments, like digital multimeters and oscilloscopes, with programmable power supplies. Controlled by a computer or a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), the system executes a predefined test sequence, managing all integrated instruments via communication interfaces such as LAN, USB, and GPIB.
Matsusada Precision's power supplies come equipped with a variety of digital communication interfaces, making them ideal for integration into ATE systems worldwide. For applications requiring high noise immunity, long-distance control, or complete electrical isolation, we also offer products with optical communication capabilities.
