Piezoelectric Actuators are engineered for high-precision positioning in the nanometer range. These devices combine a compact design with high generative force, rapid response times of less than 1 ms, and low power consumption.
Our lineup includes closed-loop actuators incorporating capacitive feedback sensors to minimize hysteresis, ensuring highly accurate position control. Open-loop models are also available for applications requiring a simple, compact solution.
