Our response to the new coronavirus infection (Updated May 25.)

We would like to express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives as a result of the new coronavirus infection (COVID-19). We would like to express our heartfelt sympathy to those who have been affected and to the people involved.

In response to the spread of the new type of coronavirus infection, we have been working to ensure the safety of our customers, suppliers, employees and their families. We have taken steps to prevent infection and to prevent the spread of infection and to continue our business.

With the Japanese government's declaration of a state of emergency having been lifted across the country, we have changed our response as follows.

From June 1, we will start re-opening up our demo room in Japan HQs to our customers with the following preventive measures.

  • Permanent placement of a disinfection solution
  • Doorknobs with sterile cleaning
  • Wearing masks
  • Temperature check

For our customers to enter the demo room, we ask you to disinfect your hands and wear a mask to be extent possible as well as to postpone your visit if you are unwell such as high fever or cough.
We hope that you continuously understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of the infection.

We will continue to place the highest priority on ensuring the safety of our customers, suppliers, employees and their families and preventing the spread of infection while continuing to provide products and services to our customers and contributing to solving various social issues caused by the spread of infection.

In the event that the situation worsens unexpectedly or we are instructed to do so by a public health center or other government agency, we will update information as appropriate according to the situation.
