Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) or Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is a system that automates the testing of mainly electronic equipment and devices. It is constructed by combining measuring instruments such as digital multimeters and oscilloscopes with a power supply. The system operates the inspection program in a computer, laptop, or Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and controls the measuring instruments by digital signals such as LAN, USB, and GPIB.

Matsusada Precision's power supply devices are equipped with various digital communications and are used in automatic test equipment systems around the world. We also have products that support optical communications to reduce the effects of noise, control over long distances, or when isolation is required.
