Thank you for choosing Matsusada Precision products. We are writing to inform you that, to reduce environmental impact and improve manufacturing efficiency, we will discontinue affixing model name stickers to the front of our products. Future shipments will differ in appearance as described below.

Effective Date

This change applies to products shipped on or after April 4, 2025.

Overview of Changes

Before: A model name sticker was affixed to the front of the product.

After: Model name stickers will no longer be attached to the front panel.

How to Confirm Model Names

To identify the model name, please refer to the "Serial Number (S/N) label" located on the rear panel, bottom, or side of the unit. If you cannot locate the S/N label, please contact our sales office or submit an inquiry via our web form.
