Our X-ray systems come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
However, consumable components, such as the X-ray tube and X-ray detector, are covered by a separate warranty based on usage. These components are excluded from the warranty if their total operating hours exceed 1,000 hours, even if this occurs within the first year.
The actual lifetime of these components varies significantly depending on the operating conditions, such as tube voltage, power, and frequency of use. Therefore, the 1,000-hour figure should be considered a general guideline.
