How long can I request a product repair, calibration, or modification?

The period during which we can undertake repair, calibration, and modification of our products is as follows


Limited to within 7 years of product manufacture.
If the product is still on sale, we may be able to provide an extension.
Depending on the availability of parts and the condition of the product, we may consult with you about whether or not we can accommodate your request.


Indefinite. (assuming it is not malfunctioning)
If a malfunction is found during calibration, additional investigation and repair fees may be charged.
We may consult with you on the availability of support depending on the situation of the malfunction and the condition of the product.


We do not accept any requests for any period of time.
