Miniature APD power supplies – Ultra-compact PCB mountable
TR series is temperature compensated DC-DC converters ideally suited for biasing APD and photodetectors. Applying temperature compensation to the bias voltage to be applied contributes to stabilizing the multiplication factor of the APD, which is particularly sensitive to temperature.
