High Power 150W with 84mm wide

EPR series of high power and high voltage power supply provides the maximum output voltage of 30 kV and maximum output power of 150 W in a compact 84 mm wide design. With optional optical communication, the remote control is available in combination with our controllers. The control by SCPI commands can also be used. Even in noisy environments, the series ensures the accuracy and reliability of the operation with the optical communication system.

Furthermore, EPR series is designed for wide range of applications from advanced technologies developing power devices such as IoT/M2M to educational materials.

EPR series can be easily installed up to five units with RMO series, rack mount adaptor (sold separately, Model No. RMO-133H-EPR).

It is possible to output in external relay short or a status of VCE less than 0.4 V. Output will be cut off when open or 2 V or more. To resume the output again, turn POWER switch ON after resetting by turning POWER switch OFF in a status of short or less than 0.4 V

-LDe: Pulse/Ramp Sequence

Following output controls of A to C are applicable.

A. Pulse Sequence

Sequential operation is possible by using voltage and current set on each memory a, b and c in combination with multi-set function. Not only continuous operation, but also it is possible to specify the times.

It is best fit to evaluation tests for products as various operations, like as repeat of a and b only or repeat of b, c and off only, are enabled by setting time of memory a, b, c or off to 0.0.

B. Ramp

It enables to make ramp action up to set voltage or current (or from the set voltage or current to 0 V or 0 A). It is useful to like to rise (reduce) voltage or current slowly.

* As for the lamp operation, you can select "Both setting voltage and current", "Voltage setting only", or "Current setting only".

C. Combination of Pulse and Ramp Sequence

It is also possible to use pulse sequence combined with ramp action. If multi-set function is combined with the too, it is able to make sequence action by using voltage or current set on memory a, b and c. Not only continuous operation, but also it is possible to specify the times.

It is useful in various aspects as it is possible to rise (reduce) voltage or current slowly up to 20 set value.

Optical communication offers insulation control. It is to prevent malfunction such as transient phenomenon by surge, lightning induction, and exogenous noise. And, the control via SCPI command is also available.

CO-opt cable

(A) CO-opt Cable
As of models with -LGob option, a two meter is provided in each model.
Please notify your sales representative if you need a longer cable.

When using the power supply under the following conditions, please select the LGob option.

  • Noisy environment including factories (Example: Motors or coils are used near power supplies and loads)
  • Using with high voltage floating (more than 250 V)
  • The installation distance between power supply and controller (PL or PLC) produced by Matsusada Precision is more than two meters.

-LZ: Handle

The handle for carring will be equipped. (Height will rise by 8 mm.)

-L(5m): Change of length of output cable

Change length of HV output non-shielded cable to 5-meter.
