Matsusada's UP series is unregulated high voltage DC-DC converter in a miniature package designed for PCB mounting. Output voltage is from 100V to 500V with high power 2.5W. The ripple is as small as 0.5%p-p, and suitable such application as Photo detectors, APD or PD.
