Matsusada Precision Inc. introduces new HEB/HIB series of Electron-beam or Ion-beam high voltage power supply system.

HEB/HIB series has been developed with Matsusada's more than 20 years experience in E-beam / I-beam application, and designed with the concept of open architecture which allows for these systems to satisfy wide variety of the most demanding requirements. This concept allows for countless configurations from one high voltage power supply to as many as 12 outputs in any customer requirement from +/- 1 kV to +/- 120 kV with stabilities as low as 10ppm/hr. In order to achieve and ensure the quite high performance and reliability, every component is carefully selected. This is a world top class electron beam / ion beam power supply.
