You can help improving user experience

• No javascript is required:
  although javascript will improve your experience (contact forms and search pages open in a new window which is better controlled and less obstrusive when javascript is enabled), we made an alternative navigation for visitors with javascript turned off.
   
• Style sheets are kept to a minimum:
  you should not experience problems if style sheets are not enabled in your browser preferences or if your browser is not fully compliant with style sheets standards.
  We did not force any font, nor any font size. The base font face is the one your browser uses by default, and the base font size is your default font size. We do not use fixed font size so that you can zoom in or zoom out while keeping the relationship between the different text elements.
   
• Alternative text for images is provided:
  to make navigation easier for visitors using text only browsers, and for sight impaired visitors using specific software speaking the text important images on this site have an alternative text, especially when they are used as buttons to go to another page.
  Main navigation, which is visible on the left side, is read after the content of the page, just before site level navigation.
