 The incorporated temperature compensation circuit of TR series automatically gains the output voltage following the temperature of APD, and so, it will minimize your additional task on your PCB. The gain of the APD change with temperature change, so you need to adjust the biasing to APD also. However as TR series has temperature compensation circuit, you do not need to have such circuit additionally. Just connecting the sensing diode and TR series to your APD, no need of worrying about temperature compensation.Main features
