KA-R series is an ultra low ripple, highly stable HV power supply. It is the perfect choice for SEM and MASS applications. The output polarity can be controlled with an external signal.
Ultra low ripple and high stability of KA-R series secure the high resolution for Mass Spectrometer application. The output voltage is as high as up to +/-30 kV to meet broad output range requirements for Mass Spectrometer. The remote polarity change feature and constant current control feature (optional) is also good for Mass Spectrometer application.
