GPIB interface: CO-G32 and CO-G32m
CO series basically offers three different kinds of GPIB connection; direct connection, expanded GPIB and isolated GPIB.
With the direct connection, IEEE 488 controller can control up to 14 programmable GPIB instruments, including CO-G32, CO-G32m, function generator, digital multimeter (DMM) and so on. Some products with GPIB interface are available; -LGb option for RE series. With the expanded GPIB, CO-G32m offers to expand GPIB connectivity providing a metal serial bus that IEEE 488 controller can control multiple programmable units with a single GPIB address. The metal serial bus is consisted with up to 32 control units in a daisy chain configuration. Using CO-G32m in your measurement system and data acquisition system (DAQ), you can control more than 400 programmable units with a single IEEE 488 controller. With the isolated GPIB, CO-G32 takes advantage of the expandability, in addition, offers much safer connectivity providing a complete electrical isolation to protect your data and equipments from damages by means of discharge, surge and so on. |
